We simply take a water sample down about every week and get all the advice we need on what to add to the water and how to operate our equipment. Testing is fast and free. Having done business with Billabomg for 25yrs there are a few consistencies that shine through. They are always there to help you when needed. Their advice is honest. Good service and back up. Recently purchased a Lincoln Chlorinator 50 as I needed an upgrade. They gave us a good price and delivered the next day. Installed by Rick B who was very thorough and did a run-through on how it works . Suggested some Black spot algae 900 which cleared this up to. Would recommend Billabong for their service and back up . Very handy for having your water tested to with a thorough report as to what is required. Thanks for your support. Billabong Pools recently installed a new chlorinator and new filter. Jonathan is fantastic with his advice and getting the guys onsite quickly to get the work done. Jonathon even convinced me that l could take apart the filter myself which l was sceptical about. But he was right, l could do it. I will continue to go to Billabong Pools for all my pool needs.
